Most airlines offer a way to check in online. You will receive in your order confirmation the booking number from the chosen airline. That is a booking number that comes directly from the airline and should work for online check-ins where available. Gaman Travel does not interfere with the operations of the airlines and only provides the booking number.
Additional luggage can be added at the time of booking for most airlines. Should you require additional luggage after a booking has already been made we can do that for you on WOW air flights up to 24 hours before departure.
We advise you to check the terms for luggage allowances for your chosen airline.
Everything can happen in travels and we want our passengers to be aware of what to do should the luggage get list or damaged. If your luggage does not arrive after a flight or is damaged a report needs to be filled out at the airport, before leaving the luggage area. When the report has been filled out a process common to most airports will start to find your luggage. As soon as it has been found the staff from the airport or the airline will contact you and transport it to you as quickly as possible. If the luggage is damaged you need to send a copy of the report to the airline along with a copy of your flight confirmation and request damages to be paid.
